SPRING SPRINKLER STARTUP - Begin in late March
- Sprinkler system main line is turned on inside the house
- Program sprinkler timer
- Check backup battery and change if needed
- Check main sprinkler lines inside and the outside of house for leaks
- Check zone vales for proper operation
- Visually inspect and adjust all sprinkler heads as needed
- Check rain sensor
- Report any repairs with cost to homeowner
MID-SUMMER CHECK UP - Begin in June
- Check timer and adjust for seasonal climate/weather conditions
- Visually inspect and adjust all sprinkler heads as needed
- Check for leaks and proper operation of entire sprinkler system
WINTERIZATION - Begin early October
- Sprinkler system main line is shut off inside house
- Air compressor is connected to main line before backflow preventer
- Each zone is turned on one at a time until no streams of water are seen
from each and all sprinkler
